ABOUT LIAM

Liam spent the last 7 years working in asset management for Macerich, an S&P 500 US real estate investment trust with over $1B in revenue. As an asset manager, Liam oversaw numerous assets in the east coast portfolio, comprising 1.5B sq. ft. of gross leasable area contributing over $500M in annual net operating income.

Liam has worked as a liaison and primary point of contact for numerous private equity funds, mutual funds, and public REITS, such as The Alaska Permanent Fund, Heitman, Walton Street, The Taubman Co., and Simon Property Group. He has experience in due diligence for dispositions and partnership opportunities, portfolio risk mitigation, analyses pertaining to lease-specific negotiations, and the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

 

Utilizing both Argus Enterprise, in which he is officially certified, and Microsoft Excel, Liam has underwritten countless development and redevelopment projects. These projects range from small-scale single tenant changes to full-scale ground up developments. With responsibilities beginning early in the conceptualization phase and continuing through stabilization, Liam has a thorough understanding of the development process.
